加州华人卡车协会正式成立Chinese Trucking Association of California Officially Launches

加利福尼亚州，洛杉矶——加州华人卡车协会（Chinese Trucking Association of California Inc，简称 CTAC）今日正式成立。作为一家在加利福尼亚州正式注册的 501(c)(6) 行业互益协会，CTAC 致力于服务全加州的华人 Class 8 卡车经营者——港口拖柜、长途运输、区域配送，不论车队大小。LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA — The Chinese Trucking Association of California Inc (CTAC) officially launched today. A California-registered 501(c)(6) trade association, CTAC serves Chinese Class 8 truck operators across the state — drayage, long-haul, and regional, regardless of fleet size.

协会的成立回应了行业三年来的持续诉求：保险费用三年内平均涨幅超过 60%，单户经营者议价能力有限；CARB（加州空气资源委员会）、FMCSA（联邦汽车运输安全管理局） 等法规更新频繁，缺乏母语解读；港口拖柜 货运经纪人（Broker）拖款、压价问题长期没有结构性应对。The association answers three years of community calls. Premiums rose more than 60% in three years, with no leverage for solo operators. CARB and FMCSA rules update faster than native-language guidance can keep up. Port drayage brokers' delayed payments and price-downs have lacked structural response.

We see people putting down roots in America,' the Board stated in its founding declaration. 'They want more than cheaper insurance — they want to be seen, heard, and to stand with dignity.'

第一阶段，协会向会员提供六项立即可用的核心服务：保险报价、燃油卡与维修资源、每周政策简报、合规清单、货运经纪人（Broker）避坑库、季度服务报告。在此基础上，协会将逐步建成八大服务支柱（团购议价、政策合规、运营支持、扎根成长、行业数据、政策倡导、社区活动、供应商网络）。Phase one delivers six member essentials: insurance quotes, fuel & repair access, the weekly policy brief, compliance checklists, broker watch, and a quarterly service report. On top of that, CTAC will build an eight-pillar service system (group purchasing, policy & compliance, operations support, roots & growth, industry data, advocacy, community, vendor network) over the coming year.

协会同时宣布姊妹组织 CTAC 教育基金会（CTAC Education Foundation）正在筹备 501(c)(3) 注册。基金会专注公益教育——入行认知、司机变车主、英语、移民知识公益讲座——财务与治理与协会完全独立。CTAC also announced that its sister entity, the CTAC Education Foundation, is in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) status. The Foundation focuses on public education — career entry, driver-to-owner mentorship, English, and immigration knowledge — with finances and governance fully independent from the Association.
