协会替这个群体发声，基金会帮这个群体里的人成长——免费的入行认知、司机变车主、英语、移民知识公益讲座。The Association speaks for the community; the Foundation helps its people grow — free classes on entry, driver-to-owner, English, and immigration knowledge.

它做什么：What it does: 议价、合规、政策代言、行业代表。Bargaining, compliance, policy advocacy, industry representation.

资金来源：Funded by: 会员会费、供应商赞助、活动收入。Member dues, vendor sponsorship, event revenue.

服务对象：Serves: 仅会员。Members only.

基金会 · The FoundationThe Foundation

它做什么：What it does: 免费公益教育——入行、技能、英语、移民知识。Free public education — entry, skills, English, immigration knowledge.

资金来源：Funded by: 可抵税捐赠、基金会拨款、企业 CSR 赞助。Tax-deductible donations, foundation grants, corporate CSR.

服务对象：Serves: 整个社区——不限会员。The whole community — not limited to members.

独立性声明Independence Statement

CTAC 教育基金会是独立的 501(c)(3) 非营利机构，财务与治理与加州华人卡车协会（501c6）完全分开。两个机构共享同一个社区使命，但独立运作。The CTAC Education Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, with finances and governance fully separate from the Chinese Trucking Association of California (501c6). The two entities share a community mission but operate independently.

基金会的每一笔捐赠都可税务抵扣。每 $200 大约支持一名新人完整学完一期入行课程。Every donation is tax-deductible. About $200 supports one newcomer through a complete entry course.

基金会 501(c)(3) 注册正在进行中。捐赠通道与 EIN 将在获批后正式开放。Foundation 501(c)(3) registration is in progress. Donation channel and EIN will open once 501(c)(3) status is confirmed.

02不承诺任何结果——课程只提供常识与流程理解。We do NOT promise outcomes — classes provide common knowledge and process understanding only.
03不为供应商引流——基金会不接受商业销售性赞助。We do NOT do vendor lead-gen — no commercial sales sponsorship.
04不与协会混账——财务独立、账目独立、决策独立。We do NOT commingle finances with the Association — separate accounts, books, and decisions.
