Practical steps: Park first, then confirm the selected location, credit balance, estimated wait and notification method. Prepare your clothes and toiletries. If the wait does not fit your rest plan, ask about cancellation and credit handling. After a missed notification, ask staff; do not assume requeueing, a refund or the old place in line. Use the current queue rather than a fixed “busy time.”
