Operator terms: Points, membership tiers and shower credits are different. Neither mileage nor total gallons alone tells you how many showers you earn.
- TA/Petro: earnify pro combines UltraONE and TruckSmart. Monthly Base Points determine Gear, with one Base Point per gallon of diesel/DEF. For Gears 1–3, the FAQ lists up to one shower credit daily with a qualifying 60-gallon fill; credits expire in seven days, with a maximum balance of ten. TA rules
- Pilot: Each commercial diesel purchase of at least 50 gallons earns one shower credit, valid for up to ten days. Pilot showers
- Love’s: Check current earning conditions, benefits and expiry in the Love’s Rewards App. Do not assume 100 gallons automatically earns two showers. The current website offers access to balances, receipts and mobile shower check-in. Love’s Rewards
Checking steps: Keep the receipt and confirm that the correct rewards account was used. Ask staff to check an absent credit against the transaction and eligibility. Do not change your company’s fueling plan just to earn benefits.
Ready-to-use phrase: “Could you check whether this fuel purchase earned a shower credit?” / “能帮我核对这笔加油是否取得淋浴权益吗？”
