(1) Information you submit: name, company, email, phone, WeChat, MC/DOT number, city, fleet size, operation type via membership applications, contact forms, event sign-ups, and brief subscriptions. (2) Optional website source analytics: described below. (3) Cookie preferences: language toggle and cookie consent state.

After you accept analytics, we aggregate browser landings by Los Angeles date, source platform, attribution method, and public landing page. This measurement stores no visitor identifiers, IP addresses, full referrer URLs, search terms, or arbitrary query parameters, and does not track individuals across pages; only public topic or theme parameters are retained. Collection is disabled when you decline analytics or enable GPC / Do Not Track. Browsers and apps may hide referrers, so these counts do not represent all traffic or AI citations. Infrastructure logs needed to serve and protect the site are handled separately. You may change your preference below; identity-free aggregates cannot be matched back to an individual for deletion.

We load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only after you allow analytics. Google processes public page visits, filtered sources, browser and device information, using analytics cookies to distinguish visits; cookies last up to 30 days. Google also processes technical information such as an IP address when receiving requests. Page addresses sent by this site exclude query strings and fragments; referrals retain only known search or AI provider origins. We do not send full referrer URLs, search terms, form contents, member records or user IDs. Member, sign-in, admin and personal tool pages are excluded. Automatic enhanced measurement and advertising personalization are disabled. Refusal, withdrawal or GPC / Do Not Track stops collection and clears this domain's GA analytics cookies; this does not automatically erase previously sent data. Earlier consent to our source counts does not authorize GA4; a new choice is required.

3. How We Use Information
To process membership applications, deliver member services, respond to inquiries, send subscribed briefs, improve the site, and publish industry statistics (only in anonymized aggregate). We do not sell personal information.
4. Third-Party Sharing
(1) Vendors under written confidentiality (form hosting, email delivery, analytics). (2) For member services like insurance bargaining, only with your explicit consent and only what is necessary. (3) When required by law or to protect the rights of CTAC and its members.
5. Data Retention & Security
We apply industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards. Application data is retained for 3 years after membership ends for financial and compliance review, then deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
Email info@ctaca.org at any time to: access information we hold about you, correct errors, request deletion, or unsubscribe. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA; we respond within 45 days.
7. Children's Privacy
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Material changes will be posted with an updated date and, where appropriate, communicated via email or in-site notice.
