Total-cost checklist: Confirm tire size, load and axle suitability, then compare installation, associated services, disposal, warranty terms and expected downtime. Evaluate service life using your own records. For ELDs, include hardware, installation, subscription, connectivity, support, cancellation and record-export terms, and compatibility with fleet procedures. Do not create apparent savings by delaying necessary replacement, dropping required services or deleting records.
