Include everyday errands in your stop plan so you do not arrive and discover that they cannot fit. Adapt these practical checklists to your trip. Operator information and food-safety guidance are identified separately. Sources consulted: October 13, 2026.
Practical steps: Ask whether the parking facility or receiver allows delivery people inside before ordering. Agree on an authorized, recognizable meeting place, such as a designated area by reception. Do not send the delivery person into loading areas, truck blind spots or moving traffic to find you.
Check the map pin, street address, arrival estimate and handoff instructions. Use the order’s contact channel and provide the entrance and meeting point; do not share shipping documents, customer information or access codes with a stranger. Leave room for delivery delays before your next movement. Do not leave the truck in a fuel lane or block an access lane to collect food.
Scope: This is a handoff checklist, not assurance that a facility accepts deliveries. There is no general promise of Chinese food delivery to trucks in any city. An accepted order does not establish permission to enter the property.
Useful phrase: “Are food deliveries allowed here, and where should I meet the driver?” “这里允许外卖送进来吗?应该在哪里交接?”
