Review service requests and handling status by quarter, with an explanation of how each figure is counted.
Counts requests actually received on this site. New requests use their submission date; successful completion uses the first won, completed or activated date. Reopening a request never counts it twice.
UTC quarters include their start and exclude their end; the current quarter stops at generation time. Units are requests, not vehicles or savings.
