一群正在美国扎根的人，需要一个属于自己的行业组织。An immigrant industry deserves an organization of its own.
加州华人卡车协会（Chinese Trucking Association of California Inc，简称 CTAC）成立于 2026 年，是一家在加利福尼亚州正式注册的非营利互益公司，依美国国税局 501(c)(6) 条款运作。我们服务对象是全加州的华人 Class 8 卡车经营者——港口拖柜、长途、区域配送，不论车队大小。The Chinese Trucking Association of California Inc (CTAC) is a California-registered nonprofit mutual benefit corporation operating under IRS section 501(c)(6), founded in 2026. We serve Chinese Class 8 truck operators across California — drayage, long-haul, and regional, regardless of fleet size.
别的卡车协会只把会员当『开卡车的』。我们看见的，是一群正在美国扎根的人——他们要的不只是更便宜的保险，还有被看见、被听见、有尊严地立足。Other associations see members only as 'truck drivers.' We see people putting down roots in America — who need more than cheaper insurance. They deserve to be seen, heard, and stand with dignity.

我们是一个 501(c)(6) 行业协会——议价、合规、政策、运营，这是我们的本职。同时我们坦承：这一行的多数从业者，是新移民、新车主、新公司——他们的处境，我们替他们说清楚。We are a 501(c)(6) trade association — bargaining, compliance, policy, and operations are our core work. We also acknowledge plainly: most operators in this industry are new immigrants, new owners, new companies — and we voice their reality.
三重使命：议价 · 发声 · 扎根A threefold mission: Bargain · Speak · Grow
议价：用全行业体量降低运营成本。发声：把会员关切带进政策对话。扎根：把这一行特有的处境讲清楚、讲到能被听见。Bargain — leverage industry-wide volume to lower operating costs. Speak — carry members' concerns into the policy conversation. Grow — make this industry's unique realities understood and heard.
我们不做什么What we don't do
- 不做供应商销售渠道——我们替会员把关，不替供应商卖货。Not a vendor sales channel — we vet for members, not sell for vendors.
- 不提供个人法律或税务意见——具体案件请咨询持牌专业人士。No individual legal or tax advice — consult licensed professionals for specific cases.
- 不参与党派政治竞选——专注行业政策与会员利益。No partisan political campaigns — focused on industry policy and member interests.

The Foundation grows the community — entry, skills, English, immigration knowledge. Two independent organizations with separate finances, sharing one community mission.
