（1）您主动提交的信息：入会申请、联系表单、活动报名、订阅简报时提供的姓名、公司、邮箱、电话、微信、MC/DOT 编号、城市、车队规模、业务类型等。（2）自动收集的信息：访问页面、停留时间、来源、设备类型、大致地理位置（城市级别）、匿名 IP 截断。（3）Cookie 偏好：语言切换、Cookie 同意状态。(1) Information you submit: name, company, email, phone, WeChat, MC/DOT number, city, fleet size, operation type via membership applications, contact forms, event sign-ups, and brief subscriptions. (2) Information collected automatically: pages visited, time on page, referrer, device type, approximate geography (city level), truncated IP. (3) Cookie preferences: language toggle and cookie consent state.
三、我们如何使用信息3. How We Use Information
用于审核会员申请、提供会员服务、回复咨询、寄送您订阅的简报、改进网站内容与用户体验、统计行业数据（仅以匿名汇总形式发布）。我们不会将您的个人信息出售给任何第三方。To process membership applications, deliver member services, respond to inquiries, send subscribed briefs, improve the site, and publish industry statistics (only in anonymized aggregate). We do not sell personal information.
四、第三方共享4. Third-Party Sharing
（1）受协会聘请、签署保密义务的服务商（如表单托管、邮件投递、网站统计）。（2）在保险议价等会员服务中，仅经您明确同意后向相应供应商提供必要信息。（3）法律要求或保护协会及会员合法权益所必需的情形。(1) Vendors under written confidentiality (form hosting, email delivery, analytics). (2) For member services like insurance bargaining, only with your explicit consent and only what is necessary. (3) When required by law or to protect the rights of CTAC and its members.
五、数据保管与安全5. Data Retention & Security
我们采取行业通行的技术与管理措施保护您的数据。会员申请信息在您退会后保留 3 年用于财务与合规备查，之后删除或匿名化。We apply industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards. Application data is retained for 3 years after membership ends for financial and compliance review, then deleted or anonymized.
六、您的权利6. Your Rights
您可以随时邮件 info@ctaca.org 要求：查阅我们持有的您的信息、更正错误、删除信息、退订邮件。加州居民另享有《加州消费者隐私法（CCPA/CPRA）》赋予的权利，我们将在 45 天内回应。Email info@ctaca.org at any time to: access information we hold about you, correct errors, request deletion, or unsubscribe. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA; we respond within 45 days.
七、儿童隐私7. Children's Privacy
