The prior 'education period' has ended; every missed OBD submission now counts toward the fine window.

- 长途车主：Long-haul owners: 若车辆长期跨州，回加州前需确认 OBD 数据已上传，否则到期前无法续 IRP（跨州牌照）。If your truck operates interstate long-term, confirm OBD upload before returning to CA — otherwise IRP renewal blocks at expiration.
- 车队管理者：Fleet managers: 建议本周对全队车辆做一次集中扫描，登记每辆车的最近提交时间。Run a fleet-wide scan this week and log each truck's last submission timestamp.

- 对超过 80 天未上传的车，约维修厂或自助站完成一次 OBD-II 提交。For any truck >80 days since last upload, schedule an OBD-II submission at a shop or self-station.
- 把本季度提交记录截图存档——若被误罚可作为申诉依据。Screenshot the submission record — keep as appeal evidence if wrongly fined.
